National NeighborWorks Week
Looking for a way to improve your community? Want to make a real difference in the lives of others? Wondering how to get involved? Participate in National NeighborWorks Week in June each year! This year's volunteer events will take place in hundreds of communities around the nation from June 5 - 12, 2010.
During the week, NeighborWorks organizations mobilize tens of thousands of volunteers, businesspeople, neighbors, friends, and local and national elected and civic leaders to rehab and repair homes, paint and landscape properties, conduct neighborhood tours, recognize successful partnerships, and host events that educate, train and inform.
